Remote Access Maintenance
This service is designed specifically for rural customers (though it will work for our urban clients also). We can work on your computer from our workshop here in Balclutha while your computer is in your home! This is obviously a big saving in travel costs.
What We Can Do
1. Initial Service
* check for memory errors
* Check the hard drive for errors
* Clean dust from inside the PC
* Install software to allow us remote access
* 30 minutes remote support per year.
The fee for this service is $65.00 and will be done at our workshop.
We can do this at your site but obviously a travel charge will be made.
You can then choose the level of service and frequency of service for subsequent services which will be done remotely.

* Registry clean
* Spyware scan
* Clean out startup
This costs $35 per time
Level Two Service
All the above plus
* Check free space on the hard drive
* Check antivirus logs
* Check system logs
* Check that antivirus and windows updates are current.
The cost for this service is $60.00
The customer will receive an email report after each service saying that it has been completed and reporting any issues which may arise
